Rose Harsent
Rose Harsent (ca. 1879 – 1 June 1902) was a servant girl from Peasenhall, Suffolk, stabbed to death by an unknown assailant in what became known as The Peasenhall Murder. She was unmarried but six months pregnant, allegedly by William Gardiner, a local Primitive Methodist preacher, who was later twice tried and acquitted of her murder.
